Just wanted to let you know that my order arrived. I was surprised by how quickly you filled my order and got the parts to me. I spent a few hours rebuilding my Hoover vac and it runs better than ever. Happy days - no more grief from dealing with a broken vacuum cleaner. But the real story is how super it was in dealing with you folks on line - having parts in stock and shipping them so promptly... and at very fair pricing, I think. You folks do a great service and I will surely recommend you to friends and family. So Thanks very much, and when I've got time to rebuild my Eureka vac, I will be ordering again... and then my mother is asking if I can do the same for her machine.

Within seconds I found the part (the pump) I needed.  But, the greatest part of my experience - on a Sunday, mind you, was the almost immediate response. I was amazed! I was informed that my needed part was in stock. Two more emails (due to my nature) lead me to placing my order with the company.  Though I might never have to deal with them again, I certainly applaud the dedication!

I just wanted to thank you. I called Bissell today, and they want me to send the power cord to them, then they will ship out a refurbished and updated model to me. It will be the same model, just updated with longer prongs to minimize the risk of future fires due to arcing between the pin connections. Once again THANKS for your honesty and help. I will use your store in the future, and send everyone I know to your site.

I received the A6 unit last night. Thank you again for your excellent service. I am impressed with how quickly my order was processed. It took only four days from order entering to receiving the item. And two of these days are Saturday and Sunday. I have never received anything from online ordering this quickly. The customer service department was also extraordinarily responsive in answering my questions.

I just want to thank you for going that extra mile and I never thought I would be thanking someone not to charge me for an extra screw.
